Food preparation classes in the comfort of your home! Sam will walk you through how to pick, purchase, and prepare the weekly menu items. She will also help you go through your pantry and fridge educating on which foods are healthy versus which ones are not and offer alternatives and healthy substitutes.
Food prep-$ 100 (includes weekly menu item preparation, grocery lists, cost of groceries, a pantry and fridge clean out and you get to eat it!)
Cabinet clean out add on
The average cabinet is filled with more toxic ingredients than you know. Whether you are using these chemicals on your skin, your dishes, or breathing them in they are directly affecting you. With this package Sam will help you go through all your cabinets; supplements, body products, and cleaning products, educating you on what is safe and healthy; what is not and offer alternatives as well as an option of easy to make self products classes.
