5 Health Essentials Your Doctor Won’t Talk About

1. Optimal Nervous System Function: Your nervous system is the master control system of your body. Every human experience is processed through your nervous system. Subluxations decrease nervous system function. Chiropractic adjustments increase function and LIFE.
2. Move Your Body Daily: Physical Activity Guidelines for 2013 recommend 30 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity per day. Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.
3. Eat Food That Is ALIVE: If you want to be more alive than dead, eat food that is more alive than dead. Energy delivered from the sun, into the cells of growing plants, and then transferred into your body will make you vibrate at a higher frequency.
4. Have Positive Thoughts: Turn off your television! Surround yourself with people that lift you up and love you.
5. Get Adequate Rest: Sleep is the time when our body has a chance to recharge. I like to think of it as uploading information that we have processed throughout the day. “You can’t be in growth (development) and protection at the same time.”
