Dr. Tate,
I just wanted to tell you again that I appreciate all of your patience and time that you have invested in my wellbeing!! You are truly an extraordianary person that puts peoples well being about anything else. This case had definitely proven that. We are very fortunate to have a Doctor like you in our community that is here for one reason, to make people feel better.
I know I would not feel as good as I do to this day if it were not for you by my side the whole way. It was a long two years, but was worth it. I cannot thank you enough for waiting for the settlement to be final without asking for anything along the way. The outcome of my health would not have been the same if it were not for you!!!
