Happy New Year 2013

2013 is going to be an amazing year full of exciting growth, change, and preparation. This is the year of communication for Inner Balance Chiropractic. My New Year Resolution is to consciously communicate better. This may sound elementary, but the art of communication is being lost….as are meaningful relationships. Among the things to better communicate, I will be studying various communication strategies, increasing our workshops series frequency, and implementing new and exciting workshop topics.

If you have not been to one of our Wellness Workshops, now is the time to put that in your planner. Also, stay tuned for our upcoming Ear Infection Workshops. If you have any topics you might like to hear my opinion on, please feel free to request them.

This Years Theme

With this year’s theme being communication, I am humbly asking for your help. If you are part of a group, organization, club, committee, team, or any other gathering… I would love the opportunity to share my purpose with you and your group. If this sounds like something you are interested in, please email me directly at [email protected].

Thank you so much for being apart of our Inner Balance Chiropractic Family!

Sincerely,

Dr. Tate

Super foods are something that can easily be added to your regular diet that are full of great health benefits.Super foods are vibrant, nutritionally dense foods which offer tremendous dietary and healing properties but also have very few negative properties.

Here is a list of some great winter super foods you can add to your diet, which are rich in vitamin C and potassium!

Coconut– Increases energy, helps with weight loss, natural antibiotic activity, cholesterol reduction and insulin stabilization. Try adding coconut oil to your kitchen and you can still get all the great benefits and you can eat your way to better health.

Quinoa – Often referred to as a grain, It is a seed the is full of protein, fiber, iron and potassium!
